Our breakthrough emerged when a client faced a sudden three-hour schedule shift in 2023. They needed arrangements delivered to align with an accelerated meeting. Rather than declare it impossible, we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—budgets designed to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
